You will be sooo happy that you can see this house. Greatroom ranch with formal dining. The fireplace serves as a focal point. The kitchen is large with a solid surface countertop. New Stainless steel appliances have just been added (4/15/19) A marvelous vinyl tile is on the floor. The design offers a split master suite. The master has a large walk-in closet, and a separate tub and shower. The additional bedrooms are really good size...no skimpy little rooms here. In the walk-out LL is a huge recreation room (or shall we say MAN CAVE) & 4th bedroom that has been used as a music room. There is Corning Insulated walks here...great for noise reduction or just sound sleeping. The bathroom in the LL consists of shower, commode & vanity.
